Due to the demand for our high-quality services, we have invested in developing a technology smart homecare service that complements our ethos of care planning in a forward-thinking and innovative way. You can now benefit from the same quality of care 24 hours a day in your own home that meets your individual needs and is affordable to you.
We will meet with you, and anyone you choose to have present, at a time that is convenient for you so that a care plan can be developed to provide you with the support that you feel you need. We will involve you every step of the way to really find out what matters to you and what your outcomes are.
The level of support may comprise a series of 30-minute visits from once a day up to 4 times a day, but the length of the visit may vary depending on what is required. We can also offer 24-hour live-in support and nursing care within your own home.
You can have the Biodose medication alerts system which supports you to stay independent with your medication management in the way that you want. The Biodose is an electronic medication dispensing system which will allow live data to be sent not only to your GP, but also to a family member if you wish.
It also raises alerts if a medication has been taken incorrectly or missed which can be responded to either by a relative or friend or if you wish our Brandreth Homecare team that are conveniently located onsite at our Care home. This gives you and your loved ones peace of mind.
Our fully trained and compassionate staff can assist you with any aspect of care, from support with personal care and getting dressed in the morning and preparing meals through to providing you with some companionship and support to access the community and social activities:
